Mr. Sanders, founder of New City Communications, Inc., has over 20 years of experience directing and shooting broadcast and non-broadcast film and video productions. He is renowned for his people skills and has the unique ability to evoke memorable performances from actors regardless of their ability. His presence behind the camera and in the editing suite has created a body of work with his unique visual “signature”. "We like being independent because it means we're only as good as our last job. That makes us perform at a consistently high standard of excellence which makes our clients very happy," says Sanders. Sanders received his B.A. in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University. He is a member of the International Television and Video Association, The Bay Area Video Coalition, and the Northern California Film/Tape Council.

Mr. SANDERS has broad-based national and international experience in all phases of video and entertainment production, including cinemagraphic presentations and audio production. He was producer for the Sola/Barnes Hind 50th Anniversary sales celebration, a multi-media event which included high intensity laser show, a 20,000 balloon drop, and a 50-piece marching band. Lately, you can find Sanders travelling extensively supporting the hit ABC Sunday night series "Extreme Home Make-Over". Sanders is the On Location Sound Supervisor for the show. Governing as many as 4 syncronized camera crews via microwave transmitters and as many as 20 wireless talent microphone feeds... we are suprised his hairline has maintained it's shape. Sanders brings a keen, professional eye to every production -- both for the "big picture" and the small details essential to ensure a successful production schedule. Raised in the Bay Area, Sanders received his A.A. in Audio Arts from the world-renowned Los Medonis College. -----------------------
Mr. Koblik has over a dozen years broadcast and corporate video and audio production experience. In the last decade, his expertise has been primarily focused on video compression and DVD production and design. He was one of the pioneering users of Astarte’s DVD authoring software and today is considered an authority on Apple’s DVD Studio Pro. We know he went to college but refuses to say where or what he studied... We'll let you know when we know. He's also a proud new papa with a fresh new baby girl named Eva. Additionally, he is a keen Swedish Rock-n-Roll drummer minus the mullet and the Abba songs. Loves Frank Zappa and the '70's.

Richard Sydel feature film-maker. Sydel has more years experience than you have fingers and toes... conbined! Yet is humble enough to say please show me how. The wise sage of NewCity practices what we call "I'm going to kill you later" look because of our much younger and just younger attitudes towards production and life. Some day we too will be older like Rick, but thats a long time from now so who cares! Love ya Rick. hehehehehe. |
